 Meeting MR2 en hollande... (5/6 juin 2004)

June, 5 and 6 2004, The 2 day tour of the Netherlands

Start tour : 8.00 h.
The event on the 5th and 6th of june 2004 will be the largest event of our club in 2004.
For this event all european MR2 clubs will be invited to join us in the "Netherlands experience".
On saturday the 5th of june at 8.00 hours in the morning the first MR2 will leave at the start location for it's tour through all 12 provinces of the Netherlands. We will mainly drive on nice country roads good for a lot of sight seeing. Only in emergencies or if it's not possible otherwise we will use the higways.
This is a unique opportunity to see all of the Netherlands in just two days and visit places you have never been before!
Because we start early on saturday, it might be a good idea to stay in the hotel, the Mercure Hotel Haren-Groningen, at the startlocation on friday night. Then also some boardmembers of our club will be in the hotel.
On the road you will have to find your way to the endlocation of the first day through the directions, maps, various questions, check-points and tasks.
If you can manage that you will arrive at the Van der Valk Hotel De Biltsche Hoek. This hotel must certainly be booked by yourself. On the second day we will also leave early to tour through the remaining provinces of the Netherlands, finally we will end in the province Limburg. For those who do not want to drive back home immediately we also have a hotel at the endlocation, The Boshotel Vlodrop.
Each day we will drive app. 300 - 350 km, that is of course if you don't take the wrong roads 
Our club has arranged reduced rates at the hotels. All you have to do is contact the hotels yourself and book your rooms.
If you do that please refer to the "blockbooking of the Toyota MR2 Club Nederland". This can be done until the 14th of may. After that you can only book a room if it is still available.
